You must be an Administrator to be able to set up user accounts and assign licenses. Before you start creating user accounts in ProcureLinx Pro™ and assigning licenses for your organization, first make a simple diagram of your organization’s current review and approval groups. This diagram will help you set up user accounts and assign each user a license based on what they will be doing in the review process.
There are two types of ProcureLinx Pro™ licenses - Basic and Power Users. Power Users can generate file review requests; review files; approve or reject reviews of their employees' files; and view interactive reports based on the results of file reviews of one, several or all procurement professionals in their organizational chain of command. Basic Users have scaled access to the system based on their purchasing system input.
