You can spend hours on a price analysis for a $50K labor/ODC procurement and not be 100% happy with the results. When I was in-house I went back and forth with Operations on source justifications for relatively small procurements. Given the subjectivity of several documentary requirements, and the limited hours in a day, it can be challenging knowing when "enough is enough."
